Who we are
‘Sources of Success’ has been created by Harold Russell, a business coach, based on his many years experience of working with teams and individuals in different fields.
Harold specialises in helping people think their way to success, because whilst what you do matters it’s what and how you think that makes the difference.
As a coach to individuals and teams he helps to make things happen, unleash potential and enable them to achieve exceptional results. Through his ‘Sources of Success’ and ‘High Performance Thinking’ processes his clients are able to achieve more than they expected.
He has extensive senior business experience both from working in the financial services sector in the UK and overseas, and from having run Blueprinting Excellence, specialists in creating high performing organisations. He has worked with people from many different fields, including sales, accountancy, law, banking, HR, IT and operations, specialising in making things happen, change management, people development and human resources.
He has worked extensively at the sharp end of business change, being involved in business start-ups, mergers and takeovers. He also has several years experience of consulting to the manufacturing, IT and not-for-profit sectors.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an Investors in People UK Ambassador, and a certified NLP coach.
